How do I place a personalized racket order?

Choose your preferred racket material, open the 3D configurator, select your customization options, upload or adjust your artwork and complete checkout.

What happens after I place my order?

After receiving your order, our team reviews your selected specifications and artwork.

We typically review the design and send the final artwork or production proof for your approval within 2–3 days after your order.

Manufacturing begins after your final approval.

How long does delivery take?

Personalized racket orders have an estimated delivery time of 3–4 weeks from order placement to delivery at your address, including artwork review, manufacturing, quality inspection and shipping.

Unexpected production, artwork approval or shipping delays may affect the estimated timeline.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes. You can request artwork or customization changes before giving final production approval.

Once the final design is approved, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I order without uploading my own artwork?

Yes. If you need design assistance, you can contact our team with your requirements and artwork references. We can help prepare the final design for approval.

Is shipping included in the racket price?

Yes. Shipping is included in the displayed price of your personalized racket for supported delivery destinations. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?
