Yes! You can create and order your own personalized padel racket starting from just one racket. There is no bulk order requirement.

Yes. You can upload your own artwork, logo or design directly into our 3D configurator, adjust its positioning and customize the available racket colors before ordering.

Yes. You can send us your design files or references, and our team can help refine and prepare the final artwork.
We will share the final design for your approval before manufacturing.
The 3D configurator provides a visual representation of your customized racket. Minor differences in colors, textures and finishes may occur between digital previews and physical production.

Personalized racket orders have an estimated delivery time of 3–4 weeks from order placement to delivery at your address, including artwork review, manufacturing, quality inspection and shipping.
Unexpected production, artwork approval or shipping delays may affect the estimated timeline.
Yes. Shipping is included in the displayed price of your personalized racket for supported delivery destinations. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.
Import duties and customs clearance responsibilities depend on the shipping method used for your order.
DHL Express (non-DDP): You may need to complete customs clearance and pay applicable import duties or taxes. These charges may vary by destination.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Equippedly handles applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges. You will not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

No. Guest checkout is available, so you can purchase without creating an account.
Yes. For personalized racket orders requiring final artwork or production-proof approval, you may cancel before giving final approval and receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including deposits and included design or setup charges.
Once final artwork or production-proof approval has been given, voluntary change-of-mind cancellations are not available for personalized rackets.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Because personalized rackets are made to your specifications, we do not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns after final artwork approval.
This does not affect your legal rights if the racket is defective, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable requirements.

Our standard minimum order quantity for Business Manufacturing is 25 rackets.
